Neat! Did it take a long time to grow and flower Robin?
I bought it as a 6" vine.....started flowering in late July....it's only hardy in zones 10-11, so I don't know why it's still perky!
It likes the company. :)
LOVE the dahlia colors!!!
Thanks....it's an Akita.
love the snail vine
Very nice slide show Allison. Similar effects to iphoto. Love all the hellebores too.
Robin you do have some nice summer color going on down there. Like the blue of the MG, Red Rambler rose and the sunny marigold, very nice.
Thanks.
Loved the slide show Allison. Beautiful hellebores, and spring bulbs, ahhhhhh, spring!
Last years poppies.

LOL love the pickin' and fiddlin' "Deliverance" music but the poppies steal the show. Amazing you still are getting blooms from them, pretty.
Those are old pictures. Just found Smilebox ,software that makes slide shows with music. Its a toy I couldnt wait to use.
Now back to decorating the front porch for Holloween
The lacinated poppies are my favs....must order a few pkgs this winter from Select Seeds.
I liked Select Seeds poppies. Not as many varieties as One Stop Poppy Shop but I had a bunch of OSPS seeds that didnt germinate.I have written them but no answer.
I bought peonie flowered poppies in Red and Black from Select.
I will direct sow in late Nov.
Speaking of seeds...Ge, they are all ready, will mail them this week!
ooohhh JoAnn I forgot to tell you... the 2nd highest cosmos bit the dust in that wind storm the other day... the tallest is still hanging in though... just getting saggy at the top now... hopefully I can get some seeds out of the biggest one.. will save them again
I'm going to have to try poppies now.
There's nothing like them Deb!! You'll be hooked once you start!!! LOL
I know, they're gorgeous!
