Earlier today, Internet Brands, the parent company of DG, announced that it has entered into a merger agreement to be acquired by Hellman & Friedman Capital Partners, a private equity firm, subject to stockholder approval.

We are very excited about the continued support that Hellman will provide to the company in the years to come. We’d like you to know that this transaction will not have any effect on the day-to-day operations of our community. It’s very much business as usual, and there will not be any changes to the community or to the moderation team as a result of today’s announcement.
