Emma, 1/2 of the bloom looks gray but the other half looks mauve.
Maybe just the sun very strong behind the bloom. It is the same
vine, Mauve Silk. Very strange. lol

Robbie, it looks like a little Lacuna Star. It is cute! ( I am not an expert so I am prolly wrong)
Very nice flower Tony. Did it take any longer for bloom time when you clipped versus not clipping?
The lacunosa is a small flower, cute photo too.
Thanks Debra i checked it out and it almost the same but the leaf isn't the same.
it also looks like merremia sibirica as well but then the leaf isn't the same here either
i cant say for sure what Ive got here i just know i love the tiny little thing.
i will save the seeds so i can grow it again next year

PS: I have't forgotten about you
Thanks Emma. I agree, it's a beauty and It's making lots of seeds.
Thanks for sharing this one with me.
Gourd, the flower blooms more quickly because all the plant's energy is restricted to very few blooms making them bigger and more robust ;-) hoprfully that helps.

Very nice blooms!Helena, I love the Akatsu no Murasaki, the ones I planted haven't done anything.. YET.
Robbie, save me a pod of your white flower if you get enough, could ya? I will send you a pod of some of mine.
This is simply the best show of the day for me, coming here.. thank you.
My cypress vine has been going nuts, but the seeds keep getting thrown as they ripen back to the ground. I will have to try to catch them this weekend. Poor cones are wrapped up in them, which is good I guess, since they are done blooming for awhile. I saw a white hige spent bloom and a red hige spent bloom tonight, dang it. I have been trimming them the same way I do the messina creeper, but it just makes them bloom more. I wish I had some wreaths to put those on, that would be a pretty living wreath.Tony, I like your idea, I think I might try that with one of the akatsu no mais I have going.
Nice blooms Robbie.
Everyone's Pic's are just wonderful enjoyed them didn't know there was so many beautiful Morning Glory's!
Robbie, love your delicate pink blooms.
Helena, gorgeous Southern Belle, a real beauty.
Oh yes I agree, really nice blooms today you all..
Nice blooms above!
Helena - Love your Coco-Rose and Southern Belle!!!
Jackie - Your Plum Shadows is awesome!!!
Robbie - Nice purpurea mix and chachamaru!!! I have problems getting seeds from that one too!
Tony - That Early Call Pink is great color!!!!
I don't have much with nice blooms currently. Between the high humidity and rain ... they look pretty beat up!
But earlier this week I did manage to get a few that were worth sharing. Hopefully, I haven't already posted these here...
Flying Saucer bloom ... my very first ever! I really love it! The boxy shape is pretty cool, too!
That is incredible. Beautiful. Finally I see what one is really supposed to look like. Thank You!
If you are referring to my FS bloom, then thanks, Debra!
This is Jackie's Fuji no Sora cross that is just awesome! It's one of my favorites that I am currently growing out! This bloom had a large flag in the middle of it's throat! I sure hope I get some seeds from this one! I want to grow it again next year! Jackie - Love it! Thanks for sharing some of your seeds for this beauty!
Beautiful blues and the hanablue is gorgeous!
