He's a brave little fellow.

The Ozarks, MO(Zone 5b)

He is gorgeous and I know you must love him...who wouldn't?!! Beautiful shots Duc...I can't wait for our Ruby-throats to arrive!

(Sharon)SouthPrairie, WA(Zone 7a)

Just looked at my calendar and decided it is time to get the feeders out of storage. Had at least one over the winter but it would not come to the feeder. Friends in the area have had visitors all winter long at their feeders. It is the rufous that I am expecting shortly.

Manzanita, OR(Zone 8b)

Thank you all. Mountain Girl, hope your Rufous arrives soon. I'm just seeing our male once a day, but I'm seeing females here too.

Here's one of my Anna's.

Great Adel! I am looking forward to their continued travels to arrive in my part of the world in a week or two. Jusr finished making a first batch of nectar.

Great shots Adel. Glad you got a Rufous too. I just got another younger one too. Are you keeping track of their arrivals by the year?

This young Anna's was sure having fun drinking the nectar.

what beautiful photos you take. my feeder is located a foot and a half away from patio door. all i can do is enjoy them from inside of door and dare not move, so i can watch them longer...so have no idea how i can take a picture....with glass between us....they are so delicate and pretty.
