Left handed stick plant drawing... hehe. I'm home- surgery went fine. Groggy and sore- need to sleep. Thanks for all the good wishes. :)
Apropos of Nothing v.18
Glad you're home again and surgery went well. Sleep, rest, and heal. NO LIFTING ROCKS!!!
Hi pony. Glad to here the worst is over and it went well. Now remember--no one-armed gardening for you until you get an OK from the doc. Enjoy a lot of reading.
Thank you, Ladies. I will try to behave myself. ;)
Pony, Glad everything went OK. Somehow, I don't totally see you behaving yourself, even if it is in your best interest. I have come to the conclusion that there is something about a gardener's mentality that pushes them to work beyond wise limits... and I include myself in that group. Just remember, we will all nag you if you don't behave!
I have no choice but to behave while my right arm is strapped firmly to my body... wow, this one-handed thing is a pain!
Glad you made it Pony!
Thanks, Steve. :)
Its getting your trousers back in place one handed - definately time for jimjams!
Take care pony.
Laurie, I'm living in sweatpants unti further notice. ;)
I really hate one-handed typing, so I really feel for you, Pony! Get better soon.
Thanks Gwen. Yeah- left hand hunt and peck is really annoying. heh.
Pony, I broke my right hand years ago. That six weeks of work writing with only my left hand (it was before PCs, we only had terminals for mainframe use) was the worst! Hope you get your right arm back asap.
Woah. I couldn't write left handed if my life depended on it.
I'm ambidextrous. Actually, I'm left handed, right armed, and bi-fingered! LOL I can write with my right hand, but not really well. I cut (scissors with my right hand, hold a fork or spoon with both hands, but a knife in only the right. I cannot iron with a darn with either hand. I iron in more wrinkles than I get out. Jim does all the ironing. I pull weeds with both hands but hold a trowel with my right. I'm just mixed up!
Pony, my notes all looked like they were written by a 5-year-old!!
Gwen, you are mixed up! LOL I'm left handed for strength-type things (opening a jar), but right handed for things that require coordination.
Gwen, I wouldn't call that mixed up- I'd call it multi-talented! :)
Anyone who has adapted a husband to do the ironing is not mixed up - it's called genius.
^_^ !
It's that time again...
