You betcha, Flowajen!!
that is a capital A
Oh Jeez! ....:)
god bless you!
tee hee....I wasted one of my limited allowable edits today! Get it right the first time, Louise!!! Jeez!
Thanks onewish! I don't mind just getting a mix of whatever you can collect. :)
I found a white buddleia volunteer in the backyard today. Anyone want it?
So I can't sell anyone on Japanese anemone? (fall-flowering when weather is normal, though who knows if we'll ever have normal weather anymore.) I have some in pots that I'd rather not overwinter.

Adding to list of available plants:
2 pots of yellow threadleaf coreopsis
1 pot of dianthus deltoides (probably "arctic fire")
http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/37995/
1 pot of assorted small varieties of hens & chicks
a few young noid cranesbills, probably light pink- could be either tall or short ones
1 heuchera "sashay"
2 noid daylilies
2 noid siberian iris, probably purple
I have that anemone, and love it.
Thanks for the help with the sales pitch, debilu, but alas, there aren't even any nibbles. These guys seem to be a lot more interested in food than plants. Food, you eat it, then it's gone and you weigh more. Plants last a lot longer, can give you pleasure every day, and aren't generally harmful to your health.
I too already own a pink one...if it was white I would of bit! LOL
If I'm lucky there may be white ones next year. I planted a few small white ones last year, but they don't seem to have done any growing, if, in fact they're still alive.
I would take it but read that anemones like moist soil but full sun is that right???
all my plants ru plants are potted up and watered -except for celeste's burning bushes - will do that saturday morning.
pm do not worry bring what you want and someone will bite.
Ya, believe me!!!! everything will get taken by someone
ok, will do. The anemones actually like part shade and will tolerate qute a bit of shade, and don't need extra moisture except after transplanting.
I might give them a shot... I have some shade
Ok count me in then for an anemone
yes please!!!
You got it!
thank you dear
Flowa & Onewish, you've got the anemones.
Thanks!
Sharon, I would love to have your heuchera, sashay!
It's yours, Louise, so long as you keep updating the lists so I can figure out what I'm bringing for who! I guess I'd better start labeling the pots.
Thank you. I will do my best to get to the updating of the plant thread soon. It has been quite busy compared with the dormant food thread! Hopefully those who haven't thought about a food dish will do so soon, so the last minute is not crazy for updating both threads!
Is that a hint?
Only if you are one who hasn't yet decided. lol I haven't kept track there in awhile since there haven't been many posts. I know that some people like to wait to see what is needed to fill gaps, and that is why it is helpful if people mention what they plan to bring. Personally, I don't care what food is brought......I'm not a 3 square....just enjoy sampling whatever people bring, even if it is all dessert! lol
when i dug up plants over the weekend there will be some extra sedum angelina - i think there were 4 good sized clumps - debi get's the biggest one since she signed up first.
i also saw many little volunteer hh both black and maroon on top of the foxglove i mentioned earlier - if some of you want you can dig them up and take seeds to cover all the bases :)
wha is hh? and what kind of foxgloves?
hollyhocks???? Oooooo, I'd like a black one!!!
I love holyhocks, but can't grow them without them getting a terrible case of rust. Wish I could.
jen sorry you can not have one - do you want two? these are baby little volunteers so i do suggest taking some seeds too - although the little starters if they make it should flower next year.
