My vacation at the Cottage

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Well i'm back and not liking it....it's hot and humid and the sounds here are not as peaceful as at the Cottage. I never heard one siren, no firetrucks, no jake-brakes from big rigs, no smell of exhaust, only salt air.......heck the only horn I heard was from the massive boats in the harbor.
I can only say this is what Heaven must be like. ^_^

My idol......he kept me company for 12 days and allowed me to witness his hunting abilities. I was, and still am, in AWE.
I'll be back later with more pictures of this Osprey......

Nice pics Celeste, I enjoyed your relaxing getaway and those northern beaches are so cool. I'd probably come home with a box full of those stones as a memoir. Ric
That invasive is probably purple loosestrife. http://www.invasivespeciesinfo.gov/aquatics/loosestrife.shtml
