Heartfelt thanks - Do I have to be good now ?

No idea who paid for me but I would like to stop crying for a minute and say thank you to the person who was so kind. I feel a little guilty because I don't input as much as I used to on DG - I tend to come over and read a bit, make sure the people I like so much are all okay, even the ones who have never heard of me but whose posts I always read and worry about, and then go away again.

Because I am not a 2 dimensional person (none of us are) I like this place because I can be nice here - rather like when you visit Nana's house and you have to remember that LADIES don't sit 'like that' or use 'those words' and when you leave her house you feel better for observing the niceties of life which can be so easily discarded in everday life.

So thank you - really really really THANK YOU. I'll leave the naughty tom-boy Jo outside when I come home here - or at least, I'll try my best.

Please define good! I am good at getting into trouble. I am great at being silly and I always behave myself but some folks don't like the way I behave when I do that....Guess you will just have to keep being you!

Baa, of course I remember. And the situattion re F+M hasn't really got any better has it ? It's just that nobody bothers to report it any more. Except, of course, in Farmer's weekly and other suchlike mags.
