Wow! That is incredible.
All very pretty! What is the one from Kassia's? I don't recognize it, but I really like it.
Nice Sherrie, yes the HH was from me, love how dark it came out!! The one you don't recognize looks like 'Geum'.
Ladies, when you plan on going to see Tex, please let me know and I'll see if I can make it as well. Then, I could also go to the farm in Holmdel and Delicious Orchards.
We'll have to wait till he invites us
Well here y'all are. Well that was funky weird catching up by reading from the bottom to the top of the thread. LUVLY pics although I'm not sure about Victor's bug world (snort) RD going waaaaay back, what kind of nicotiana are self sowing in your garden? Wow, a lovely JI, love all the veining...hard to paint, though. Dnut, the nicotiana that reseeded was from Select Seeds....think it was Cranberry Isle......also I have nicotiana I planted several years ago....Tinkerbell....which is still in the soil...I pull them out constantly...you would think it was a small plant...not so...about 4 " tall, with an interesting color combo of brick red, lime green, & blue inside.....one plant bloomed smokey purple last year & I won a prize for it at the fair.
love the black HH... and your noid from Kassia might be potentilla from me... if the foliage looks like strawberries .. will have to look up the name for you... that was pre journal days
never mind... my brain just started working... here it is... melton fire

Polly what a great iris
Ronnie, I like those HHs
Robin, nice colors on those dls
Here's comes the cosmos!!!!
Thanks, Polly and JoAnn! Polly, that heavily veined iris is stunning! JoAnn and Allison - love your slide shows! Count me in on loving that Scarlet caladium too, and Allison, your containers look great! Marilyn - pretty DLs...great colors! Ronnie - pretty shots! Sherrie - Wowzer on the black HH!!! I lost my white luna when I moved it into the friendship garden this year. Chippies put a tunnel under it, I think. Gone! Red Luna is doing ok so far though. Dahlia - always love getting a good snort from you! LOL
Tee hee pollyk about the JIs not being the only thing in your garden. But we LUV to see them ^_^ Thanks RD about the nicotiana. Tinkerbell just went on my list for T&Ms fall seed sale. Luvly perennial snap luvs. I am always hoping to get them to return or self sow. So far I've only kept them for two seasons and then they poop out. Onewish I can't open your picassa :( I will try later as it might be a DG snarf. Yesterday I couldn't get the pics to blow up but it fixed itself today.
Allison your album is great.
thanks JoAnn... have to go take photos in front of the house once the sun goes down some
