Love seeing the RWB Wild Rose. I haven't had any in the yard for a while now. Geart one of the Pileated too!
Tori was here this weekend and took a pic of one & she was so excited! She has seen them before but it was hHER first photo of one! I got this shot of ours last Thursday for Lily!! Sorry I am late Lily!! LOL
DAILY PICS VOLUME 327
Great shots Duc! I absolutely adore that Tree Sparrow chick!!
Beautiful shots VA! Love the Hummingbird and especially the Pileated juvenile!
Nanny, Good one of your Pileated!
Oh Missy, that would be cool!
Thats great Missy! Keep us posted.
GG, Sweet pic!
Nanny, Nice one but I know exactly what you mean.
Met, Nice quality shot!
Very nice shots Burd!
Wild Rose, that baby Pileated is the cutest little thing!! What a great moment to have a camera in your hand.
Nanny, I envy you and Wild Rose being able to see those beautiful wps! Great picture.
Missey, hope you get to see the little Flycatchers too.
Granny, your baby Titmouse is another cutie.
Nanny, I have the same problem with our local Barn Swallows. You got a great shot of the Purple Martins. Cute grackles too! All your wps are adorable!
Met, your Mockingbird is incredible!
Burd, great job with all your birds. I love that dove and the female cowbird's closeup.
Our young House Sparrows continue to just sit and beg for food from the parents.
huggergirl - I've seen that cowbirds certainly have a grand time in the bath.
duc - seems to me like the juvy HOSP is big enough to be feeding mom. AND your Tree Swallows look real nice.
Rose - that sure is a pretty hummer, I'm still waiting on my first one (one that hangs around long enough for me to snap a pic, that is)
nanny_56 - Tori did a good job with the Pileated Wp.
bestmissy - looks like that Great-crested Flycatcher has nesting materials, maybe they'll nest for you.
GrannyGrunt - what a sweet pic of the baby Titmouse. Love it.
nanny - I don't find them Purple Martins hard to photograph at all - probably because I've never seen one :-) AND your Woodpecker shots were real nice, esp, the Hairy.
Wow, Methodical, that Mockingbird pic is great.
Lots of nice pics Burd, but I think I like the one of the Grackle was showing off his catch the best.

Nanny, Love those Woodpeckers!
Duc, Your shots are excellent. The juvenile Tree Swallow's are precious!
He's looking at you as to say hey can you give me a hand here with these little ones. Can put the camera down and help me out here. Nice shots
One of my Tree Swallow parents just resting.
Oh Hack...you so funny!!!
The pileated pic is one I took....I will post Tori's a litte later after I download the camera.
Dah, to me, if I've read your caption better, I'd had known it was your pic, not Tori's

Good ones Hack! My Catbirds are a little shy too.
Later on Ducbucin will be starting the new thread.
No pictures, but I saw sandhill cranes for the first time on the way to the airport in Madison, WI.
