Beautiful garden.

Just gorgeous. If there's bumper to bumper traffic on Long Island you know they're going to Ritas house. Once it gets well known your beautiful garden is there, I bet you will have people driving to see the show.

Daylilies CELEBRATION OF ANGELS with WATERMELLON LUMINOSITY.

Polly- Thank you for the compliment. Lots of passersby see the front yard part of the garden because it is open to viewing by anyone on the street or sidewalk. Not many people get to see whats in the backyard though.

The Lupine Garden area. Those lupines are doing well there. Now they fade to the backround and the daylilies take center stage. The little annual garden is there too, were you can see the cosmos blooming in front of new lilies that I planted this spring.

The slope at the side of my driveway. I planted this in clumps of daylilies moved from other areas of the garden last August. In the middle of a three week heat and humidity wave at that. What a job it was to get done but I am so pleased with it and so glad that I decided to do this.
