Here's my version of keeping the sugar water cooler out in the 100 degree sun. The juice container with the top and bottom cut off do help a little to stop the juice from fermenting, although I do still have to change it twice a day or more. The Orioles don't seem to mind the cover either.

Duc your shots with the Hollyhocks are fantastic. The colors of the flower and hummers, make for such a beautiful portrait.
Oh duc, that last shot of the Hummingbird on the hollyhock is gorgeous.
Ditto to what Margaret said. That is luvly duc. Here is my lastest plan for a hummer magnet prepping for their return in August ^_^ This is just adjacent to the hummer feeder. There are orange and red glads growing in amongst the malva zebrina which will be blooming in August.
