Time Zones & My time

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9b)

Everything is showing one hour later than it really is for me.
I set my preferences for 'Mountain standard time' several times but it dosen't change what I'm reading on the screen.
When you go to my member page, where it says "•The current local time for me is...", then that time reads one hour later than what it really is here.
It's the same in the forums.

Is this new, or has it been off?

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9a)

Mine did the same thing Xeno after everyone changed their time. I have mine set to PST and it shows the current time. I don't rememebr having to switch between MST and PST time in the past - just this spring all of a sudden.

It's been off for a month or two, but I didn't say anything until now.

That sounds like it got "off" when the time changes from standard to daylight saving time for most (but not all) of the U.S. There are always a few people that it doesn't work quite right for. Do you know how to adjust it yourself?

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9b)

Here where I'm at, It does not change, which would be Mountain standard time. I have set it to MST in my personal preferences in DG several times, but the times are still showing up in DG as one hour later.
Tell me the way that you have in mind to adjust it.

I did what locakelly did which was changed mine from MST to PST and it is now correct. It did occur when the rest of the country went on daylight savings time. It definitely did not occur last year. It was fine then.

Never mind my post on the other thread! I'll just change to PST and pretend I'm in San Diego. Wishful thinking...

I guess I'll do the same.

This is a bugaboo we've struggled with since we instituted the various time zones for each member's profile.

Is there any real fix for it? Korean Standard Time has no DST, yet the time was adjusted wrongly along with the times of the areas of the US that have DST.

Yours is a little different issue and the tech team has said a fix should be implemented within the next week or so.

Gosh, so many weird glitches pop up when transferring data... Thanks ^_^

Oh, btw, this did not show up in my watched threads...I found it while 'looking around' in this forum.
