Thought I would start a new thread for the marsh. With all the rain the last couple of days the marsh has filled in quite a bit and is still taking in water from run-off. I have quite a few picture's to add as some are from the last couple of weeks and some from today.

Burd, what a great photo day. Incredible variety of birds, and what a beautiful day. I have to say I am partial to the last pic of the Great Egret. It catches the rump feathers nicely. Looks a little more like a frog in his throat though :).
I'm so glad you posted these, Burd. The Blue-gray Gnatcatcher is so sweet and your shot of the day is magnificent. Love those plume feathers.
Wonderful shots Burd!! Love the Blue-gray Gnatcatcher along with the Swallows, Martins and others. Your shot of the day is great!
Wow, what an amazing variety to enjoy seeing in person. I love your "shot of the day" too. That Gnatcatcher is a gorgeous bird. I've never seen Purple Martins in person so I was glad to see your photos. Great job on all of them!!
Nice flight shot, once again, Burd. Love the little warblers.
