Nice photo angles on those blooms! I've had quite a few blooms, too.

No seeds though. Are you seeing seed pods form on your I. nils?

Melbourne, FL

I'll have to check this morning when I am out, Becky.

Melbourne, FL

Did not see any seed pods yet, but I would be surprised if there were not some out there yet.

Just a couple pics on a dark, dreary day.

I have a ton of seed pods on my Pink and Purple Flaked I. purpureas. I'll be collecting them soon! I hand-pollinated a few of them, but most pollinated themselves or a bug or hummer did it for them! LOL!

Love those bloom photos you posted today. That last one is really pretty!!! :-)

Nice duo.

gardenpom - The bloom color in that last photo is stunning! And it's neat to see the caterpillar inside the flower.

Melbourne, FL

I had the same type of caterpillar on my flowers last year and no one could identify it. I suppose just some type of moth. I do see some seed pods now, Becky.

Melbourne, FL

I'll upload some pics from the last few days.

These interspecific blooms are fast growers.

Love your idea with the tree, ApopkaJohn....but you are posting in the wrong thread. These should be in Daily Pics. If you post them again there, more people will see them. Morning Glories 2010 #03.
