No response from Dave's" Forgot Password"

Well I had a computer crash. I reformatted my disc and Restored my computer to factory.
You know I had to come to Dave's Garden after all that time it took to get my computer up and running again.
I had forgotten my password, I use auto to remember my passwords for non security sites.
I'm still waiting for a response from Dave's garden for an e-mail.
I guess that back-up external hard drive just paid for itself.
I had listed some of my passwords in case I ever had this problem and I just remembered I had saved my password here.
But still somethings not working right when you click on "Forgot My Password" and get no response.
Anyway, I'm up and running again....and back on Dave's!

We are working with the tech team on this. System-generated replies (like password prompts) are not consistently routing to the member or visitor who initiates the request.

We're not sure exactly what is occurring, but we do want to know if you don't receive a response like that, so we can keep working on figuring it out.
