Can't connect to server

All afternoon I couldn't access DG at all. I kept getting error messages saying I couldn't connect to Davesgardenserver. This lasted for at least 5 hours-what's up with that? In the past several weeks I have been unable to load various community sites, and a couple time have been re-directed I don't know where.

This isn't what I consider 'user-friendly'.

What browser are you using?

Also, have you rebooted your system or refreshed?

We've recently moved to new servers and there are some bugs remaining in the system that folks are reporting. The tech team is working hard to get everything located and corrected.

Any information that you can give me will be a big help in finding the problem.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I tried all your suggests but couldn't get on til later last night. If it happens again I'll take a screenshot and send it to you.

We're all having to adjust.

A screenshot would be wonderful if it happens again. Anytime, you find something not working correctly, the more information you can get to us, the better. Any URL's, screenshots or what you were doing when the problem started will be valuable in helping us fix it.

The tech team is working hard, and even though it doesn't help us any, they have these problems 10-fold, as they purchased a whole group of communities when they bought us, as it was a package deal.
