sorry can't help with any input, other than to say I love your set up.
Did you make your benches? or buy them? give details, if you made how, and if brought would you mind sharing your source.
thanks so much and hopefully someone will be by to give your some input.
Janet
Hi Janet ,
I made the benches because I couldn't find any I liked and when I took a plan of what I wanted to a manufacturing shop they quoted me almost 4 times more than I expected !!!!!! ( eventually need 60 or two different styles)
The size was / is determined by height and width to suit the operator / product . 6 meters long by 1200mm wide by 750mm high.(adjustable + or - 100 mm ) . These in this little igloo have 4 legs that will support around 500 kilos or so per bench ( propagation ) but others will have 5 or 6 legs to suit heavier pots / trays etc.
Again the legs are adjustable and slide up or down the center rails . 25mm x 2.6 galv pipe with one leg brace locking the frame together . The mesh is in sheets 2m X 1200 mm and just sit on the frame . The "rail lugs" lock them in .
A bit of a hassle to make Janet , but totally adjustable and can be dismantled and moved by one person.
Hope this helps ,
John.
60 oh my goodness...................you are going to be too busy to grown anything cause you are making all of those tables....LOL
Wonderful table....anything that can be done by one person is right up my alley.
I am surprised that no one has come over to answer you.
I'm gonna post on another thread and see if by tomorrow you don't have some ideas or experienced folks posting.
Again thanks for the specs on your tables.
Janet
I am not to sure what your setup is. However, I am using a cloner where I tried the small screw in a line "misters", but I had been using a mister on the end of my hose, made of brass and it seemed to put out a lot more mist than the smaller screw in types.
I am not sure of the URL, but it is on my mister/fogger in my cloner. I would have to stop mine and take it apart a bit to find it, but before I do that, let me suggest that you google foggers, or mister/foggers, or hydroponic foggers,or aeroponic foggers.
You might be surprised at the ideas you can get from these sites. If you still don't find anything that works let me know and I will get it off of my mister for you. Not saying that mine is what you are looking for.
Jeanette
holty, just came across your post again and was wondering if you had any luck?
Jeanette
Hi Jeanette , the misters I'm using a great , expensive and need good water pressure to activate / operate correctly but are excellent . The owner of the property where this igloo is smiled when she saw them working for the 1st time :)
You can buy different heads and different release valves so you can " play" :)
Now to find a 2010 way of activating them . I love this stuff , it doesn't matter how old you get , still learning . :)
OOPs 3 smiles in one email . :)
4 !
John.
Sounds like you have solved your problem John. Good for you!! : ) another one.

John
how about sharing, you should know that we here at DG love to have pics.... * ~ )
Janet
Its on the "greenhouse " forum .
thanks
I'll go check it out.
Janet
That has too many working pieces for this girl....LOL
Janet
Exactly what I was looking for , sorry Janet , just enough bits for "this" bloke...
With different anti drip valve pressures as well as different head / nozzle flow rates you could ( in theory ) have over 10 different watering "zones" in one simple system and then to change as and when a few clicks with no tools needed and away you go .
I have one 6 meter bed with 6 different patterns currently under test .
