If you're seeing "Welcome home Rusty56" that means you're logged in and you're posting, which means you are logged in. What are you trying to do? We're happy to help ;o)

Log out.... Then next day I never log in yet! It said Welcome Back, Rusty 56 so why it log-in without I did log-out last night!

Rusty--after you click log out, are you waiting long enough before closing your browser? When you click log out, the next thing that'll happen is the generic DG home page will load and you'll see the link there to login. If you're clicking log out and then immediately closing your browser before you let that generic page load, maybe the computer hasn't had time to realize you logged out before you close it.

For anyone who's having to log in every time, check your cookie settings. Make sure you've got your security settings in your browser set to accept cookies from DG, and also make sure you un-check the option to delete cookies every time you close your browser. I suspect you'll find either you're not allowing cookies, or you've got the delete cookies when closing option checked.

Thanks ecrane!

I checked all of that a few months ago when the issue came up. Checking and un-checking boxes, changing things, etc. It didn't help...

Thanks, Ecrane! It's work to log-out then log-in...

OK, now I'm confused! LOL I thought you were trying to log out and couldn't. The second part of my post which you're quoting there was directed at the people who wanted to stay logged in which is the opposite of the problem you were describing earlier. Here's the part that I thought might help address your problem:

Just today I'm having to log in each time I come to DG. I've not had that problem in years so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Months ago, for some reason, like Badseed, I suddenly kept getting logged out upon closing my browser and having to log back in. Checked my settings, everything looked fine, couldn't figure it out. I just had to buy a new hard drive, now all is back to normal. :-)
