They are so pretty! Like tropical birds!

Even though we are having ice and sleet the birds are still swarming my feeder.
I don't want to go out in it, but they've almost drained it dry.
Fun to see the icicles - a rarity here in Alabama.

Burd_Fotos - I really like that (Yellow Variant) Male House Finch. Is it a form you see often? I've never seen one in person. And I especially liked the crow in the snow (hey, "crow in the snow", that rhymed, shoot I must be a poet and didn't know it, wow, "poet and didn't know it", that rhymed too - oh yeah, I'm in fine form now.

duckmother - I like the capture of the Robin looking back over its shoulder.

plantladylin - That new camera is cooking!. I'd sure like to see a male Painted Bunting up here. But according to Cornell Lab, its probably not going to happen, unless one drops by during migration.

JulieQ - NIce pic of the Goldfinches and the ice cycle laden feeder. Looks like you guys in Cullman are in for some more freezing, rainy weather. Take care.
