Today's Bloom ????

I have noticed that the "recommend this picture" has been removed from the plant file pictures. Is this temporary?
I enjoy plant files and when I see a good photo if a plant, someone else's or my own, I like to recommend it.

I did remove it because we have such a vast number of photos already selected for the BOTD feature. We also have a huge amount of recommendations already to sort through.

So, I disabled it but will bring it back if needed!

I loved having the ability to recommend a photo for BOTD. I wonder how many members used that feature? Was it just a handful or lots? Dave, I'm just curious if you can say off-hand.

LOL, I didn't say anything, but thought maybe it was just disabled for me, because of me over-using it! ^_^ There are just so many beautiful blooms in the Plant Files database! I'm happy as long as we continue to get Bloom of the Day, and as long as I can have access to view plants in PF.

I was wondering if Todays Bloom could have the name of the flower under it. I do not have a clue what some of them are and would like to know their names in case I just have to add them to my garden.

If you click on the thumbnail, it'll show you the larger picture with the name of the plant (and I believe the name is clickable and will take you to Plant Files where you can see if anyone has it for trade or any vendors have it for sale)

ecrane, is right. There is so much information there after you click on the picture. I always check the zone it will go in, so many that I can't grow. But fun to look at.
