Below is the original error message

Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): Unknown error.

This just happened within the last 3-5 minutes. It has been hanging up momentarily for the last day or so.

There's a difficult balance between the search engine (which a lot of people want) and the occasional slowdowns. I have always worked to find that balance. Given enough time, I am sure a solution is obtainable that allows good searching while never slowing the site down. :)

You know, Dave, I have to give you some props regarding this site.
Last weekend our internet connection was almost non-functional. ( we have cable internet and since it was a holiday weekend- no repairs).
The only web site that I could manage to load and read was Daves Garden. Remarkable.
