My husband found a free one called Photoscape and it's the best free software for photos I've ever seen because it's easy to use and understandable not like Photoshop which takes a PhD to use for heaven's sake! It also has a built in word thingamajob that lets you put text on the photos.

I also use iview to resize my pictures.. Is funny I can use each program to a diffrent thing... Never took the time to learn them all...LOLOLOL
