I dozed in & out, like I usually do. Our neighbors had a party with a few other neighbors. They all have little kids. DH looked out the window & saw one of the moms stumbling home with her cardboard tiara all askew. A funny sight.
Yes he made it, and was still up watching scooby doo when I went to bed.
Don't know what time him and granpa made it to.

I slept immediately after eating lobster till the kids woke me as the ball was dropping....then I was awake till 3 AM.....

No if it gets stuck, it manages to get it self out. Just goes in different direction until it gets out. Under the dining room table around all the chairs it bounces a lot so I just pull out two chairs to give it more room to turn. It gets out without moving them but I don't want it banging into my chairs that much.
It really works good. Didn't know I could get lazier...LOL
It's a Holiday gyms not open ....darn...
Dillon shut off the robot said we didn't need no more cleaning LOL

Flowers I'm not sure how long it lasts but it does both my LR and DR and the front porch.
The smaller one I put upstairs last about 45 min I think, I use it in the bedroom. It has carpet and it worked really well. Matter of fact I was really surprised at the amount of stuff I emptied out of it.
But just put it back on charger and its ready for next time.
JJ you gotta get the mop next *grin*

Made it to midnight also....wish I had had the sense to stay inside...Went out with GS for fireworks....so much cordite the sky was hazy....right up til it started raining....man was that cold.....woke up all snuffy this morning. Oh well...at least I woke up and get another shot at it....grin

My ears hurt when I go our in the cold. DD used to steal my ear muffs ~ called them "earmupps". I still call them earmupps.
We don't have fireworks here either JJ. Maybe downtown, they have a huge family oriented thing down there, too cold for me though. Couldn't see them from my house either.
Both my GS's get ear aches if they don't keep their ears covered and one son has a terrible time with his in the cold.
I need to get checkbook balanced and my desk and files cleaned up.
Will be tax time and I won't be ready. Never fails everyone wants them done at same time, and then wants me to work miracles.
It varies around the state whether fireworks are legal or not. We have both fireworks and massive bonfires here...just wish I had brought umbrella out with me. GS and I were like some sad country song by the time we got back to the house...Cold, Wet and Hungry (GS....hollow leg). grin Sounds like a war zone at midnight....you don't see an animal out anywhere...all hiding from the noise.
Too bad it had to rain.
Guess it don't really matter we don't have any, to cold to stand outside to watch them...grin..
would have to be drunk, crazy or both...
I am sure you got him warm, dry and full in no time....lol

We are supposed to have a cold front move through tonight...low 30's at night mid 40's during the day...supposed to last for nearly a week....that is a long spell for us to have near freezing temperatures.....gotta get out and do a little damage control for the garden...I still have a few dozen things in pots outside....just lazy wishful thinking....grin

Hi Joy, hope you had a great visit with your friend. Temps here are gonna be in teens at night for a couple of weeks, gonna have my heating blanket on high lol. Lynnie put em in the bath tub with toys thats what I do with mine :-) JJ now let Dillon win the nerf ball throw! Been watching the Rose Bowl Parade, they have some fabulous floats,wish we had that here, I'd be the first in line! Ok not far to go, gonna go get stuffed and visit with neighbors. these kids have their grandmother's energy level...they're energizer bunnies, just cranky ones.
I told them they have to sing instead of talk...whining stopped immediately. Unfortunately they can't carry a tune but I'd rather hear singing than whining *grin*
I gave my kids Whining jars....plastic peanut butter jars with lids....everytime they started whining I would tell them to save them up in the jar....usually wound up laughing instead of whining

Is it to early to winter sow these lily seeds? I have some milk jugs and some aluminum cake pans with clear lids (the throw away kind) I was going to use.
No room in house to start them, and not enough light.
I have one of those little greenhouses that have the plastic cover, but never had any luck. Anything that ever grew was leggy and died when transplanted.
