I know, he's always saying - one more week...Of course he isn't the one that does it.
Coffee Break #27 - Return of the light
Tree seems ok for the moment. Used our time to restock the larder. We just have the freezing compartment on top of fridge. Near the end of fruit sent by nephew. He doesn't write thank you notes & gets embarassed about it evey once in awhile. Wise men are stuck in the piano mountains. Lucy
Hard to believe it's been ten years already since 2000! Remember all the Y2K nonsense? What a crock that was. And never any investigations or anything. A huge fraud.
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year.....I'm back.
Happy New Year everyone.
Exciting night here, Russ is fixing a light bar, and I'm deleting old contacts from email addresses.

Very nice, Jo!
Welcome back, Jen.
After seeing more deer in the garden last week, I decided to find my pellet gun and start shooting at them - mainly to scare them to change their route. I will borrow a pellet rifle from my BIL, which will give better range. Since I got the gun, I have not seen any!
Scared straight!
Seems so!
Neat, I like it.
David and Lindsey did Times Square last night. David did it when he was 17, but Lindsey never did before. He said they had a blast but won't do it again, after standing in the same spot from 3pm til midnight. A few friends from here went down too. I'm waiting for pictures.
They're crazy!! I never did it and never wanted to. 99.99% of the people are from out of town. Natives know better!
I know, it's always interesting to see where everyone is from. I don't think David would have gone again if Lindsey hadn't wanted to.
Can't believe anyone would go more than once unless compelled!
Times Square is tough on a regular day!
Victor I think you should leave that Giant Pod Creature thing up all year.
I used to be able to do that easily! Now...ouy! LOL!
I said if we went.. I would need depends .. not that we would ever
I could never stand that long.
Why go anyway? TV is better for it.

Tree to come down today.(hopefully)
might start that here as well - at least the boxes have started to come down to collect the decorations
Happy New Year everyone from Sunny but cold NE Florida
Love this new FIOS media manager thing. I can play mp3's on my good audio system in the LR by using the dvr. Can also stream videos to the tv, as well as photo slide shows.
More geniuses in sports. Gives new meaning to 'shooting guard'. I remember Pistol Pete, but he never took the nickname to heart!
