Palmyra, VA(Zone 7a)

Mine came in yesterday, I'll post the contents later.

Plymouth, PA(Zone 5b)

Mine came today from Janiejoy. I received Chives & Parsley (which my daughter will love, as she wanted to start an herb garden). And a no name Pink Perennial. I will post a pic later of it, maybe we can get an ID on it? Thanks again JanieJoy. I really enjoy the plants and am out to plant them now ;)

Silver Lake, OH(Zone 5b)

Tammmy, I am so glad it got to you ok and am delighted to tell you that more from my garden to yours is on the way. I sent a bunch of seeds under separate cover so nothing would get wet or squished.

I hope we can find out what that pink flower is. I enjoyed it all summer and the bees LOVE it. Don't be surprised if you find some cilantro growing beside it in the spring... my cilantro toppled over onto these guys and it was heavy with corander seed.

Enjoy!

Love in Christ,
Janie

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

shannan, i guess i forgot to put my name in there somewhere!!
the purple leaf plant i think is the mini purple ruella.
the tibouchina and the morning glory tree will root extremely well in water. i usually wait until the roots start developing and then ill put it in soil.
did everything make it okay? i was starting to get concerned about the heat and the length of time it was taking to get there. i mailed monday!!
i couldnt resist the oak tree : )
happy planting

I hope I get mine tomorrow or that my trader is wating untill I return on the 16th as I will be leaving Monday. My husband should be home by the 14th or 15th but if I get a package after Monday it will have to sit at the post office untill one of us gets home... LOl And I cxan just see my husband looking at it wondering what he's supposed to do with it!! LOL

Silver Lake, OH(Zone 5b)

I hope I get mine, too... it's getting cold and nasty outside and I'd hate to see my plant die in the un-heated Post Office over the weekend. :(

Glad tamlamb got her seeds, though! That was supposed to be PRIORITY MAIL, tamlamb... and it took double the time it was supposed to take. Looks like maybe the PO hasn't recovered fully yet from 911.

guilt guilt.. I was waiting for frost to dig.. no more.. the box willbe on the way tomorrow..wentout in the rain to get them.. secret .. later will send more. hope is enough .. so much fun.. but worry not enough.. but the garden will grow........ you all sound like the greatest of people.. Glad to be a part.. THANKYou Bon

Silver Lake, OH(Zone 5b)

Got my trade from Bon!!! Thank you Bon, the stuff is nice.
In my box were the following items:
Plants:
2 mints... don't know what kind, but they smell divine
1 lavender
pennyroyal
cannas or callas (we'll see next year)
2 glads
red & white and yellow dahlias
tiger lilies
elephant ear
unknown hosta

seeds::
chives
mixed sunflowers
golden margarite
zinnias
cockscomb
columbine

You guys will have to help me figure out what to do with everything, since I don't know what goes in now and what should be saved. I hope the stuff is ok since I have to work from 7:00 a.m. till 11:00 p.m. tomorrow and 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. the next day... I only do this twice a year, bad timing for my growing season!

I hope the stuff will be ok. I don't know whether to bring it inside or leave it outside, my logic tells me let it stay cool rather than in the warm house... am I right?

Thanks, Bon, for sending. And don't worry about it being late. I've done lots of such things myself. I know how these things go... and yes, I'd love some more calla lilies. I'm trying for the look of a cottage garden so if you can spare them I'd love to try growing them here.

I am a new stay-home housewife too, with time to garden for the first time in my life, and I am looking forward to having time to craft when it gets too cold outside, too!

Thanks again.

Love in Christ,
Janie
