Betty, as everything else you make, those centerpieces are beautiful. Everything I see that you do, makes me want to run out and get the goodies to reproduce it. Thanks so much for the inspiration to create.

jasminesmom, now that's a gorgeous tree. Thank you so much.

I can't believe my camera is dead. I keep talking to it, shaking it, the aggravating thing. How dare it kick the bucket right here at Christmas. LOL

Saugerties, NY(Zone 5a)

drapelady, Thank you. maybe santa will bring you a new camera. I opened a early present and got a new camera LOL

REMEMBER THIS AT CHRISTMAS TIME

According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year, male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid-December.

Female reindeer retain their antlers till after they give birth in the
spring.

Therefore, according to EVERY historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, EVERY single one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen, had to be a girl.

We should've known......

ONLY women would be able to drag a fat man in a red velvet suit all around the world in one night and not get lost.

A MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Port Vincent, LA(Zone 8b)

ROTFLOL hysterically. And only a woman would be asked to do such a thing! But with this younger generation of females, they would probably tell him to get his fat self out of the sleigh and pull them.

Sanford, NC(Zone 7a)

Thanks ya'll. : ) I've never sent a pic to Jeff per say, but I used to post on his website. I won't go into why I stopped. LOL I'm glad I found this thread as I love seeing other people's Christmas decorations and they are all beautiful! There's a lot of very talented people on here! ;)

I cannot believe how much I've missed! Everyone is so very tallented. My decorations don't look much like that right now. I pulled all outside up very quickly because of all the water...even outside cords aren't made to soak in water. The ones that were hight are still out and once the water receedes I'll get them all back to normal... in the mean time I'm so much enjoying everyone elses.

Hugs and thanks for sharing,

Jamie

Hi Jamie, glad you're back.

Mary, that is not something you want to happen at Christmas! Hope you get it fixed without to much hassle! Are you still painting rocks?

Nasty, rainy, cold day here. I wanted to work outside!!! Waaa!

Port Vincent, LA(Zone 8b)

More Photo's please please. I know everyone is so busy right now. I have so enjoyed the ones already posted. My grandson is off of school today, so hopefully we will get the cookies made, the special ornaments finished and lots and lots of shopping. I love the last minute shopping the best . Then it feels like Christmas. LOL I know, I'm nuts, but I love decorated malls and lots of people rushing around and everyone saying Merry Christmas. I hope everyone has such a good Christmas. This year folks have had to hunker down and get creative, with the economy likes it's been. But the gifts and decorations, made from the heart, are the best anyway.

Debbie

Somerset, KY(Zone 6b)

Yes, I'm still painting rocks. Just having trouble finding the right ones. I'm also painting birdhouse gourds for my garden and am making a trade of one for some rooted hib cuttings.

Dradelady, I'm like you. I prefer gifts from the heart. Something that someone has made or grown themselves. Not just something that they went out and bought that everyone else is buying also.

Mary

Victoria Harbour, ON

Other than the grandchildren, my gifts are all homemade..it's nice when someone says 'wait each year for my present from you, that's the gift we most enjoy opening' can't go wrong with people thinking that way can we...

Will have to take photo, know it's NOT Christmas decorations but of the 4 grandchildren I sketched and framed..that's one of the gifts...am sure as always the boys will say, 'whose kids are these?' often wonder if they are joking or serious..lol
