Thanks Debbie this is gonna be neat to see!

I can start.
We went with a real tree this year as we added to our house & no carpet yet. So easy to sweep up fallen needles. This is a Fraser Fir.

Oh it's beautiful. It's got such a pretty shape to it. Thank you so much for the photo.

This is our little Solstice tree that I stuck outside. It is a dwarf Alberta Spruce cut into a twist. Hopefully I can plant it out in the Spring. Still have to get out the inside tree. Hopefully this weekend.

Oh how pretty Juanita. Did you buy it that shape? That's awesome.

Henderson, NC(Zone 7b)

I will post inside pictures now and take outside tomorrow. The Christmas Tree is 9 ft. and it is in the Sun Room.

edited to say that there is a large Sunburst behind the top angel, almost looks like part of the tree topper.

Love all the decorations and trees. Faye, I love all your angels, they are so pretty. And you are a Christmas baby, how special is that!

Henderson, NC(Zone 7b)

Thank you. LOL, yes, special for me, but 70 yrs. ago, can you imagine my poor (really) Mother. And she already had 4 children. Went on to have 10...5 girls and 5 boys. The way we grew up loving one another, there was never a time that we haven't wanted to be together. There are 6 of us now and 5 of us are together most every Sunday. Older Sister lives in Va. , so cannot be with us as often as she or we would like. We are and always have been a very close family.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Oh my gosh, 10 kids. Glad to hear you all get along. Most brothers and sisters do not get along that well!

Lewisville, MN(Zone 4a)

I also discovered how hard it is to get a good picture of a tree. I took about a dozen before I got one good enough to post. Lights on just don't work!

FLOYD, VA(Zone 6a)

WOW! Faye love your decorations.

Yes Debbie the tree was already cut in a spiral. That is something they do to spruces all the time. It is easy to do and I have don it for clients, but I decided to buy this one and save myself the grief.

Port Vincent, LA(Zone 8b)

Oh, BIG SMILE this morning. What a great way to start the day. dahtzu, your home is beautiful. And your decorations are simply gorgeous. Now I have the desire to re arrange my living room and start decorating. Thank you so much.

Come on everyone, lets see some more pics. Fancy or not, I just love Christmas decorations. And yes, I agree on the lights and taking photos. But, Faye, the one with the lights on looks great, so you must have a real good camera.

Juanita, I agree, I think I'll look for one already cut. LOL I certainly don't need anything else added to my list. What a great idea for either side of my porch.

Wow, that dining room centerpiece appears horizontal. Trust me, it's vertical up in my dining room!

Leicester, NC(Zone 8a)

Wow those are great pictures folks and love how you added the fruit wintergardener! Mine looks puny compared to these.

Henderson, NC(Zone 7b)

Decorating is so fun to me, not just Christmas, but even in the yard, the patio, anywhere I can place something. I love decorating my home. Only thing is it's so full, there's nothing I can do now. Not willing at this time to replace anything so I'll be satisfied as is.
Love the mantles and the Spring arrangements. Keep those pictures coming! Going outside now to try to get pics. before the wind takes the garland down AGAINNNNN. So cold here today.

Well Howdy neighbor Faye, it is a little nippy for sure, Nice seeing ya here! Get those outside shots, bet they are beautiful too.

Henderson, NC(Zone 7b)

And hello to you too neighbor....How far are you from me? Could you go to the RU in June? Sure hope I can go...planning to if the distance is reasonable. Well, I got the outside deco. pics. They are just to many..like inside. I'll start with the driveway side of the house. Showing will be the fence of the back yard. The white building is our storage. The brick house in the photo is in foreclosure and price has been way reduced. Would love to have any of my DG friends as a back door neighbor.

Nice dahtzu, You have been a busy girl for sure, very pretty! I'm not sure how far we are apart, as far as the crow flys I suppose lol. I do know of the town of Hendersonville and that is about 30 miles from me. I live on the outskirts of Asheville NC out in the boonies as I call it.
