DAILY PICS VOL. 263
Wow, Hack, what a great start for this new thread!! Cute wren and that's a beautiful thrasher. We just have the plain grayish- brown Calif. Thrashers and their bill appears to longer and more "sickle-shaped" than yours. Great shot of the egrets! Looks like the bait fish must be plentiful there. Cute cardinal and g-finches too!
Red, we posted at the same time in the last thread-great photos!
Missy, cute goldfinches too!
The Dark-eyed Juncos love the suet, but they're sure having to wait their turns with the other small birds.
Nice photos
Thanks for the compliments of the start of the new thread.
ducbucln, that White-crowned Sparrow is absolutely gorgeous - super snap. Oh, and the Oak Titmouse looks down-right peeved at you for your oversight.
nanny56, nice Titmouse, I see them around here fairly regularly, though I haven't seen one in about are week or two. Temps here are dropping. 46 degrees at 1:30 here.
Hack, That's a real nice shot of the Thrasher!!
Duc, Love your Junco's and White-crowned Sparrow! I saw my first white-crowned (a juvenile) down the shore. The juvenile Titmouse is real cute!
Nice Titmouse shot nanny!
SO cute Dave!!
---I'm waiting to hear a confirmation from someone about White Pelicans spotted at the Meadows in Cape May!
Mr Bluebird doesn't even look cold . Gr8 pics.
I have missed you alll so much and am glad to finally have puter acess again!
Have snow coming down right now and there are loads of birds around the feeders. Junco's, House Finch, Chickadee's, Cardinals, House Sparrows, White-throated Sparrows etc, etc.
Nice to see so many out for a change.
Nanny, love the color of your Titmouse.
Dave, your little BB looks so beautiful with that snow. Brrrrr Nice job!
Pelle, hope you get to see the pelicans. I've been watching some out in the water and they look so pretty.
Birdie, welcome back.
Thanks for the new thread Hack! Great shot of the Brown Thrasher!
Duc, nice shots of the White-crowned and Oak Titmouse!
Nanny, haven't seen a Tufted Titmouse in the yard since early spring, nice shot!
Dave, another great Bluebird shot!
Well the sun was out and so were the bird's, it was like an airport around here today for an hour or so, got pics of quite a few different bird's visiting the feeder's. Start off with the one I really was happy about and that's a good shot of a Brown Creeper.
Good job on the water fowl, Chris.
Burd, you have a great variety of birds there. I agree with you, your brown creeper is very nice
Duc you too have a nice variety, great shot of the White-Crowned Sparrow.
Dave, pretty picture with the snow and Bluebird.
Hack, thanks for starting the new thread, your Brown Thrasher and the Cardinal , are on my wish list to see.
Wonder, if I'll get to see, the Tufted Titmouse too.
I have a Grackle that missed it flight out. I think he's got an injured wing. He can fly, but does not go very far, to my neighbor's tree, and mine. Here he is in my tree today. Sorry the picture is not very good, it only shows the profile of it.
Great shot's everyone!
Nice variety Burd!
Chris, Good flight shots!
Pretty Goldfinch burn!
WOW!!!! What a wonderful thread. All of your photos are amazing!!
Duc is my mentor and I've learned most of the names of my birds from her.
