Share your bird ornaments!

Well the DH brought in 1 box of ornaments so far and I have a few bird ones to share.

This one was made with a walnut shell, the bird is right below the eucalyptus leaves.

This is a thin metal one that is a parrot.

Chickadee's in a bird bath.

And of course a very stylish female duck. In the background a Cardinal. That's all for now.

We have a cardinal-
wish we had them around--
and a partridge with a
pear in an apple and strawberry xmas tree.

And our lovely penguins and of course -
Margaret - our Australian croc,
taking a little time from the beach.

and a little outside tree
above the hummer feeder
with a set of lovely birds
esp for all DG birders.

What a lovely idea for a thread! I just love everyone's ornaments.
I have quite a few bird related ornaments most were gifts. I will start with my very favorite.
My DH Ric carved and painted this hummer for me.
You can also see one of the glass hummers he has given me in the background just above.

Here is the largest of the glass Hummers. It is about the same size as the one Ric carved for me.

This one is much smaller but just as pretty. All the glass Hummers were gifts from Ric.

Here is the last of the glass Hummers. It is colored and frosted.

This is the only owl I have. It is a hand painted ceramic egg. A gift to Ric and I from friends close to 30 years ago.

This in one of my 30+ year old ornaments. Just a cheap little thing I bought when I first moved out on my own. Doesn't look too bad considering the number of times it has been glued back together.

This one is just as old maybe someone can ID it for me. Not too sure about those markings. A Red Bird of Happiness maybe?

Dirt, don't know quite what to make of the doll-head tree, but I like it!

I have about 6 of these porcelain hearts with the hummers and flowers. They are Margaret Furlong pieces.

These are glass ornaments with feather tails. This one has a black feather tail a bit hard to see int he pic.

This pretty little peacock's tail is a little worse for wear. It was just beautiful when I got it many years ago.

What would a Christmas Tree be without a Pink Flamingo? LOL

Those are so fabulous! I LOVE Heckle and Jeckle!

That peacock is wonderful. I'm convinced now that I really should have a pink flamingo!

The dolls head on the little Christmas tree over
the hummers feeder are for my sisters. It became
a tradition now, most looked forward in seeing that
outside. Its because one of my sisters adopts orphaned doll heads,
Love the pink flamingo and Heckle and Jeckle,
Pelle's parrot, Red's bird and your Downy.
Didn't get the best setting for the hummers with the rest of the
ornaments, but they wanted to be part of the holidays too.
