sleep well!
OF GHOULIES AND GHOSTIES AND THINGS THAT GO BUMP...
good morning everybody! I'm trying to post a pic it won't take it.
Good morning everyone! Sounds like everyone had a fun Halloween. I'm beat!
me too Smiley!
why can't you post your pictures, Lynnie?
Good Morning Gypsies.
Smiley, how did the move go? Hope it wasn't too frustrating....grin
Lynnie, did ya get them all dancing on the lawn?
JJ, it sounds like your little devil had a great time....grin, but GSJJ looks like he would rather be doing anything other than taking a picture for Grandma to show her friends.....lol
Good on you Kassy....now you can get a ton more visiting done before BF liberates the computer....grin
Hello Jim. Good to see ya. Don't you remember, when boys hit 13-14 years old they develop HOLLOW LEG syndrome? Its' symptoms are simple....they try to eat ya out of house and home at every meal....Grin
Yeah so do girls when they hit 12 so I have 5 of them with "hollow leg" syndrome...LOL
Good Morning everybody...turns out my headache is not a headache!
Aloha kakahiaka Dave! I just thought our horned friend might show up here for Halloween! Great scarrrrry photos! lol
Hi everyone! Sounds like everyone had a lot of fun!!! Now we need to see a witch fly by!
Good Morning Moon and Trina.
Trina, explain what that means, please? Headache not a headache?
Move went well, Moon. Went from 3rd floor to 2nd floor, so that was good. I'm too old for all those stairs! They left me at the old apt with Girl's stepmother. I swear, people that lack self-confidence feel the need to one-up the others. Goes back to when they 1st started dating - she came over and we were having chili. She had never had it, but she ate it and liked it and apparently raved about my cooking. (stepmom isn't known for her cooking). So then when Son went over there for dinner, I had to pick them up (because it was 4 years ago & they didn't drive yet).
Well, she made a grand show of *swishing* open the door and telling me she had made her famous lasagna dish and he *loved* it! So I said that was nice, yada.. yada.. and we went home. I asked him on the way how it was and he said "it was ok. not great, but ok".
This story does have a point.
So ever since then, she tries to one-up me, which I could care less about because that's just not my style. So they left me at the old apt with her, and she said it was a good thing they left the 2 most detail oriented people to do the cleaning. So I grabbed the vacuum and started vacuuming, and she proceeded to clean the bathroom with a toothbrush. No lie. She had the only sponge/rag that was left, so I did everything else that could be done.
She sequestered herself in the bathtub/shower that had glass doors with the lime-away. I told her "you better leave the door open, you're going to asphyxiate yourself with all those fumes". She said she needed to clean the door and away she went. So I thought 'if you pass out, I'm not giving you mouth-to-mouth'. Boy was she red-faced when she came out of there!
I had to chuckle. She was trying to out-do me in the cleaning. Have at it, girl!
So that was my day. They had left me at new apt for a while, I got that all cleaned for her; even got the inside of the windows done. And without any *swishing*.
Good morning Venice! How was the wild horses show? I love watching stuff like that.
turns out my "headache" is an abcessed tooth and 2 impacted wisdom teeth...no wonder I'm miserable!
LOL Smiley....some folks just can't be a part of anything...always have to have the lead role...when it comes to cleaning, I say have at it....I am not insecure in my ability to clean...grin
So, Trina...Sinus infection?
Good Morning Venice.
Yowl...abcesses are truly a pain...no pun intended
yeah they gave me some pain pills at the ER but since I'm allergic to 99.9% of antibiotics (go figure) I kind of have to let it do it's thing before a dentist can do anything about it, Doc's gotta moniter me though because apparently the infection could spread to my brain?
all I know is I'm hungry, it hurts to eat, but at this point I don't care! But some of the sweling in my face is starting to go down!
Morning everyone,
Yea Moon GS JJ had other ideas for Halloween and pictures weren't on the list. Somehow after the Halloween parade I ended up with an extra until trick or treat time. Then they wanted to go by themselves and said they didn't need sacks. Hmmm sounds like trouble to me, the mean old witch nipped those plans. Heheheh
GS Dillon wouldn't put any make-up on... it was yucky.
Was handing out candy and two little ones about 4 came up and I said in my witchy voice...Come in I want to eat you...Little boy answered....You're not the boss...LOL
Smiley send that stepmom over here, she can out clean me anytime. I'll have a coke and take notes...grin..
Lynnie wheres the pictures!!!
Dave, venice and trina, hope you all are well this morning.
Kassy DSL at BF's? Are you getting ready for a move. Smiley is a pro and knows a good house cleaner!!!
Kids sure have changed. They see so many freaky things now that not much scares them.
boy ain't that the truth!
JJ, better set out some traps for those rats! lol
Trina, I am sure glad that they finally found out what is wrong with you. But it sure must be painful.
painful yes very much so, I will live, but there are a few times during the day where I wish someone would just put me out of my missery, cause it gets to be a bit too painful at times
About the wild horses movie. A woman followed the same group of horses over many years. It showed their interaction and for many generations. She named them so it was easily to identify them. It was a very soothing and interesting movie.
Trina, there is a commercial on TV where a lady puts this stuff on her tooth and then it quits hurting. Does anyone know what that product is? You might look into it and see if you can use it.
sounds very relaxing and informative at the same time Venice
it has way surpassed the tooth venice, it's now up right under the sinus cavity, you can literally put your hand on my cheekbone and feel it in there...it's very painful
ROTFL Great photo!
guess I better jump in shower and get outside(it's nice out) to take down decorations berfore the wind shifts.
Talk later
bye JJ
Venice, the product you are asking about is OraGel. Good thought, V.
Trina, it will not completely get rid of the pain, but it will certainly help ease things up.
Have a great day, JJ. This year, GSJordan decided to not wear a costume....guess Hallowe'en as I knew it has ended. Grin
Trina, take a look at this. See the tab for product label at bottom of its page.

hi guys! I don't know why the pic wouldn't load this morning, I'll try again...as soon as I get back to the desktop...pics aren't on this laptop. Of course that would require me to get up....I'm slap wore out *grin*...hang on....give me a minute.....
I think you are kinda liking that phrase, Lynnie....it really is very descriptive......How was the get together? Bet the girls had a ball with the glow sticks.
Trina, if you have any questions about that product and can't get a hold of your doctor, just ask your pharmacist.
