Tulip tree turned yellow in a hurry--so winter is coming. Warm enough for weeding yesterdday, but I didn't get to it.

HA! HA! There was some upset over that in another forum. Someone felt slighted after posting pics on the old thread. Guess we have tougher hides in NE.

These are the shrubs(which I'm still trying to find an id for) (I think related to burning bush)in front of my front steps. Weird that one is more red than the other.

Forgot to say those(bushes in previous pic) are def coming out, I can't stand them. I'm probably going to get a true dwarf jm to go there.

I decided to take some local shots today.

Climbed an abandoned fire tower to get this shot. Was a bit uneasy.

Another - looking northeast. That's Perkin's Tower on Bear Mt to the right.
