I had put out oranges & meal worms hoping they would stop by... and the only one was the dead one... it was beautiful ... Randy called me some names I won't repeat as the tears ran down my face

ooops....I didn't mean Orioles, I meant oreos...juncos. They look like flying oreo cookies. Which reminds me, I have some halloween candy to raid.

This is the only junco pic(nov 08) I have, they are always moving.
Yep, mine is about the same quality.........or maybe not, I can't even find it. They love to come to the feeders when it's snowing.
I love the juncos too, but that means it's getting cold!
I have Juncos all winter.
At my city house it was always a sign of spring when I saw them at the ground under the feeder. They were the first of the migraters

thanks Weeze.. it's been hard trying to find songs that I am enjoying programming and are relevant... I had to cut up Feed My Frankenstein by Alice Cooper .. I cut out all the bad parts... we didn't think having something racy sounding would be a good idea... Christmas will be so much easier
here is one of the smaller carrots we have been getting from the garden - some of this went into a spaghetti sauce i made last night
DH put out the feeders this week. This is earlier than usual. We don't feed in the summer.

yes but a lot of them are rip offs of the real songs Jen... have to be careful.. and a lot have the same songs over and over.. the photo I attached are the songs I have done or going to be done shortly

One night near Halloween one year we went out with a bunch of the fireman, 2 cars filled, looking for corn mazes/haunted hay rides...everywhere we went for some reason they weren't doing them that night...listening to one of the NY radio stations doing a Rocky Horror picture show special....we pulled over at a rescue squad building and we all got out and started dancing when Time Warp came on...it was HYSTERICAL, like it was staged or something...then we all jumped back in the cars and drove away.
