Last one...Eastern Wood-Pewee
DAILY PICS VOL. 248
Thanks Linth...Wowzers...what a beautiful Owl!!
Beautiful shot, Rose. I keep looking for Eastern Meadowlarks but seldom see them. And, you got them against a blue sky. I'm envious !!!
Beautiful shots Gary.
Rose I just love that Lincoln's Sparrow! I was bright and early today for bloodwork...12 hour fasting so I was off to get it done so I could eat. Coming back in I saw a Meadowlark up on the wire in the morning sun...wish I would have had the camera with me...darn it!
A few shot from last Wednesday at my favorite warbler spot.
Male Cardinal.....
Oh wow Rose, look at that beeeeeuuuuuuuuuuteeeeeful Meadowlark singing its heart out! Love it!
nice selection, Nanny!
Thanks for the new thread, Mrs Ed. Great shots.
Loved your series on the release, Gary.
Nanny, lovely shots. The Titmouse is so sweet.
Striking Grackle, GP.
Rose, that's the first time I've seen Lincoln's Sparrow. What a beautiful bird. The Meadowlarks are fabulous.
I can't drag myself away from the Osprey nest, so any photos of birds I get are from there. Yesterday a Laughing Turtledove (an introduced species) and a Rainbow Lorikeet (a beautiful pest) were close together on a branch below the Osprey nest.
Got an audio for that one? lol

Wowee, great photos. Mrs-Ed wonderful start to the thread.
Beautiful shots Margaret! Love the Dove!
I saw the book at Amazon, and will probably get it, Adele. It seems like such a funny book. Don't do anything to get yourself into trouble. Nice birds, Margaret. Love those Meadowlarks too!
That Lorikeet seems to be trying it best to annoy the turtle dove! lol
Nanny, that seems to be their purpose in life - to be as noisy and irritating as possible.
HA!!! :0)
Great shot of the berry eating Mockingbird, Rose!
wow, nice catch on the mockingbird.
I had what I think was a tan-form white throated sparrow the other day, so that's my signal for fall.
Yep, Peregrine Falcon.
Resin
I don't know if you can call them cute, but that is a real nice pic of the Vultures.
