Photos with stickies

This is kind of a silly or petty request. Some of the forums are starting to get more than one sticky, and having a photo attached to the first one push the forum postings down the page. On a few forums I can't see the first post, I always have to scroll down to see it. Forums like this one have 2 stickies but you can still see the top topics.

I know it's kind of silly, but I like to quickly check out my favorites a few times a day and having to scroll off the stickies slows me down. (stop laughing, everyone! :)

I asked on the Plant Trading forum if the people who started their stickies could remove their photos, but I guess photos can't be removed by the poster?

Probably, this doesn't bother anyone else but me. I'd also like the stickies to be genuine stickies so I can quickly find information, without wading through hundreds of thanks and replies. I'm very guilty of adding comments myself, but I'm thinking of newbies here.

I too like the idea of "stickies" being informational only with no chatter or comments so that you can find pertinent information on the subject without having to wade through sometimes many conversations.
