Well I am grabbing my camera now and we are heading to a park by Lake Michigan......
I still have more pictures of the light house area to put in, but will have to do it later ^_^
Oh, the left side of this walk way was Michigan and the right side was Wisconsin.

Kassie those are great pictures. I was like the bird wa-ay up there for a while. I fell into one of those coma sleeps and couldn't wake up.
I think Rachel's gone, but to answer her question about my dog - I think he developed a phobia about certain pitched noises. saws... motorcycles.. etc... Although he loves riding in the car, with his ears flapping in the wind. If we fool him and go to a park, he catches on about 10 minutes into the walk. It's embarrassing - looks like we beat him. Tail goes down, he shakes. I have to carry him back to the car. Took us 10 years to talk DH into a dog, and we get this.
Sounds like a case for the Dog Whisperer, Cesar Milan.
yeah. we try to think like Cesar, I even thought I saw a case that was the same, but nothing works so far.
Do you have a trail system nearby? Maybe you could find a quiet trail to take him on so he gets comfortable again.
My dog started freaking out about riding in the car, even though he made the drive from WA to AK no problem. He always wanted to go but then he would do the shake thing and freak out before we even left the neighborhood. I checked out Cesar too! :) I just kept taking him in the car but reminded myself to stay calm "WWCD?" LOL! He's doing much better now, only has an issue here and there. I had to train myself not to do the whole "want to go for a ride in the car" thing where you get them all worked up, another Cesar lesson. I stopped doing that before walks too. I never really thought about the fact you get them all wound up and then expect them to behave. Whoops!

A Boat near Stevenson Island.
Stevenson Island is about 10 miles across.

OOPs, now we see a tug boat pushing something that is army!
I thought that the large boat may be mililtary because it is long and flat. But it sure doesn't look like those guys are wearing uniforms.

It looks like that boat is meant to carry vehicles because the front looks like it lowers.
We have a ship yard near here that has a contract to build boats for the navy, and we also have a ship yard in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, so we think the tug was pushing that here for some reason.
They have a contract here to build the fastest, low profile ship that the navy has now for operations and quick hits.

The ship is suppose to be twice as fast as any ships. The first one that was build here went down near africa where they had the problems with the pirates taking over ships there. They condider it a low profile ship because it sits so low to the water.
The hull is also suppose to be built out of something that can not be detected by radar. All the testing on the boats was done in Lake Michigan ^_^
