Where is the "will have for trade" field in the Tradelist?

"Set up your Tradelist. Dave's Garden has some excellent tools for tracking seed and plant trades. Your Tradelist lets you list seeds and plants you have for trade, will have for trade, or are looking for. "

This is from the "Trading Primer." I didn't see a place to list seeds I "will have for trade." Is this out of date? Or maybe I'm not looking in the right place?

Click on the My Tools tab at the top of the page. This will take you to a page where you can set up a trade list. You can also easily construct your trade list from the PlantFiles pages. There are buttons on each specific plant page to add to your have or want list.

I can get to the trade list, and have already added 2 "wants" and 2 "haves". My question is specifically about "will have for trade." In the primer it advises you not to list seeds which are not actually harvested. So this looked like a good third option. But on the management page I can only enter "have" and "want," not "will have."

There is no 'will have for trade' We want members to only list items that they actually have. Things can happen to a harvest, weather, animals, even the guy that cuts the grass can way-lay your best plans. By not having this future category members are not tempted to make trades for items that are not actually available.

OK. When someone gets around to non-urgent tasks, I think that category should be removed from the part of the primer I quoted.

I've seen where some folks will put a notation below an item in their trade list, saying something like: "Will have later", "Too small, not large enough to trade yet", etc. So, I'm wondering if you could enter the item on your trade list but add a notation?

Yes, I could do that. But I hope you and Melody do get the point that the quotation from the primer is misleading?
