Hopefully with the migration of these flying jewels many of you are being treating with glimpses of them at your flowers and feeders. Here is a link to the previous thread...some great shots there http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1026350/ .
I will start this new thread off with a juvenile male enjoying the Scarlet Runner Bean vine.
2009 Ruby-throated Hummingbirds Vol. 7
Wonderful shots Rose! Love the funny bone one.
Thanks for starting the new thread!
Beautiful as usual.
what great shots today everyone .... keep em coming!!
Nice shots all! 2dCousinDave I noticed the end of the limb perching also around here. Right now I,m keeping track of them for their trip south for winter, currently I still have 1 male, 2 females, and 2 juvies.
I always follow this thread and just love these precious little birds. I'd so love to see a Hummingbird. Fabulous images of what are no doubt very difficult birds to get in-flight shots of. Rose I just love the one enjoying a bath in the rain and Dave and Nanny, wonderful shots with the flowers.
Very nice pics Dave and nanny!
I believe there are 5 here. Just 1 mature male who rarely visits the feeder while I'm out there.
all wonderful Dave
So cute burn!
Thanks Pelle.
Beautiful shots with flowers, Burn and Dave. Love that last one saying goodnight, Dave.
All wonderful Dave! Love the chattering one and the stoppage on the wings in pic # 2.
Love your pics onewish!
