Had the a/c off for a little while but just turned it back on too humid. 64%
Today's Weather in Your Garden - 52
Took the kids to the city today - great day after a cloudy and cool start.
no humidity here at all - real nice
Oh boy you gonna be rich now! Imagine all those people that cross that bridge, you can charge them a penny each!
Nice, the shadows make it come to life!
I'm glad the boys got a chance to see that---I'm sure it left an impression.
Sounds like a wonderful day trip to the city Victor.
Today looks like another winner. Starting out in the 50s and going to mod 70s. Sunny for the most part. Calm before the storm.
nice shots Victor!!... you had a nice day for it
Thanks for the shots Victor! ( I miss NYC) What a deal! Did you buy that from a friends' cousin who has a friend that knows a guy that has connections with a guy that owns it? lol
Thanks.
Hee hee, Joyce. I was told it was foreclosed. ^_^
Nice pictures Victor, someday I'll go meet 'HER'. lol
Was 39 when I got up, BURRRR!! Now 55 calling for a high of 68!!
39?!! Wow.
Yes, 39 and I grumbled about it ALL morning.
wow that's terrible!!
Hee hee - that's a common phrase among women, Celeste! Usually refers to age. ^_^
Nope, + 10 here and not shy about it at all. lol
Seems to be clouding up already here. Planted the new penstemons and stokes aster this am. The soil is bone dry about a foot down plus. This bed has been watered every other day. All that darn rain for two thirds of the summer and now three weeks with zip, zero and nada. Looking forward to some rain from Danny or what ever is left of him tonight and tomorrow.
80 today. So far the rain has stopped.
It poured here early this morning, still cloudy and breezy

Tomorrow: pouring rain Today: cool & sunny
Well, it's 58 & raining hard here---but 39 is horrible, Pixie! Makes me want to turn on the heat---but I better have hot tea instead, or listen to DH complain about oil bills!
Holey moley!!! It is pouring here right now.
Send it this way okay. Looks like rain is on the doorstep according to the radar. Hope it doesn't do a disappearing act this time. Come on rain!
I sent it your way, Jen. It has rained most of the day here.
I don't see how this is going to miss, Ngam.
I took advantage of the last 2 cool days catching up on yard work. The last important item was trimming 4 large Japanese yews in front of the house. Then I transplanted a bunch of flowers.
Let it rain. I have a ton of pictures in need of editing to keep me busy tomorrow.
Andy P
I planted a couple things too. I hope you are right, so far a sprinkle here and there. Tomorrow the real stuff I guess.
I got a nice Hollyhock at Karen's RU that was doing well in a pot, it needed a permanent home. My hardy Hibiscus are failing due to bugs so in it went. I hit some dormant tulips, lol. Space is at a premium.
Map & mark the gardens & you won't get any silly surprises.
I know pretty much where things are at, but every now and then you get a oops. Hollyhocks were crummy this year due to wet weather, but now are putting on new growth again. Looking forward to next year to see your new one and mine as well.
A steady drizzle now, not real rain yet. All the big green radar blobs are going just north or just south of here. That really bugs me and it happens all the time.
Rain started again. Very wet for the first football game. Yuck!
Not looking good for the Yankee game tomorrow.
Ngam, try channel 5's interactive radar http://www.thebostonchannel.com/weather/16747794/iframe.html You can zoom in or out to see the entire hemisphere or your neighborhood. Look at all the rain downstream of us, we can't miss getting soaked.
Thanks for the link Andy. Never used that one before. I sure hope a couple of those yellow spots drifts this way.
Tons of rain tomorrow. Not doing church flowers because there is a wedding, poor dear.
Think of it as showers of blessings
