The same here Sylvia.

(Pegi) Norwalk, CA(Zone 10b)

I have nothing to share, feel kind of bad since everyone has so much. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and sharing good food and company.

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Don't worry sami, the first RU I attended when I was new at Dave's, I didn't know about bringing food (food thread, what's a food thread?!!??) so I brought nothing! They were all so nice about it and I ate anyway!!!
I have some Rose of Sharon in small pots if anyone wants some.

(Pegi) Norwalk, CA(Zone 10b)

Thanks weegy12, I have written your address somewhere and since I lose everything I can't seem to find it right now. Could you D-Mail me with it. Thanks.
If you have a small pot os Rose of Sharon you can put my name on it.

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

You got it.
You got d-mail.

Pegi, I rarely have anything growing that anyone wants, and I'm dismal at propagating anyway, so I always feel like a beggar at RUs! Don't feel bad. Bring something really yummy to eat and just enjoy the company. Some day you will amaze everyone with a plant they just can't live without! (I keep hoping - LOL)

Kathleen

Even if no one were to bring plants, we'd still have a great time.
Looks like this RU will be a small one.
Kathleen, did you want more water hyacinths? And I think you said you wanted Louisiana's, correct?

No. San Diego Co., CA(Zone 10b)

Yes to both, Louise. Thanks!
Small is fine, it means we get to talk to everyone more.

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Ok, writing it down this time!

Tolleson, AZ(Zone 9a)

I have lots of rainlilies to bring :o) Louise gets first pick though. Large pink trumpet like flowers.

Updated my meager list. :-) http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=6966631

Tolleson, AZ(Zone 9a)

Kathleen I would love some chamomile.

No. San Diego Co., CA(Zone 10b)

It's yours, Marie!

Tolleson, AZ(Zone 9a)

Thanks.

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Thank you Marie.
Kathleen I'll take the Desert Bird of Paradise and the parsley if you don't mind.

No. San Diego Co., CA(Zone 10b)

Sure, Louise. Do you want me to dig or cut the parsley?

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Whatever is easiest for you Kathleen. I'll dry it and use it aplenty!

Tolleson, AZ(Zone 9a)

Oooh cut fresh parsley is good!!

No. San Diego Co., CA(Zone 10b)

Want some? :-) I'm going to try drying some myself - it's got to be better than store-bought, don't ya think?

Tolleson, AZ(Zone 9a)

Yep I would gladley take some I just used from the store on dinner tonight and I was wishing I had a handful of your fresh stuff. Do you dry your chamomile? That is my favorite tea.

No. San Diego Co., CA(Zone 10b)

This is the first time I've grown chamomile, Marie. Do you dry the whole plant? I was weeding today and noticed how it had grown, so thinning it should be good.

Tolleson, AZ(Zone 9a)

Is anyone here interested in a baby of this cactus?

Kathleen I believe you use just the dried flowers. I always by it dried already.

No. San Diego Co., CA(Zone 10b)

OK. I will pot some up for you - it comes up easily.

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9b)

Kathleen , would you mind to pot one more for me ? Sierra and I , we have tea parties in the garden and mint and chamomile are our favorite.

No. San Diego Co., CA(Zone 10b)

Yes, Rodica, I'm pretty sure there's enough for two pots. I'll do them this weekend so they can get settled.

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9b)

Thanks Kathleen.

My pleasure.

Fallbrook, CA(Zone 10b)

Marie; That cactus would look nice in my new succulent bed if you have room in your suitcase.

Tolleson, AZ(Zone 9a)

I would be happy to make room for one for you :o)

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Is anyone interested the above plant?

Fallbrook, CA(Zone 10b)

Louise, if I can figure out how to transport it, I may want to get some of that cactus.

Is that the same one you were trying to find a home for a few months ago??

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Yup that's the one DP! It's a beast!

Long Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

I have this black steel gate I can bring if anyone wants it for garden art or to use as a trellis. The bottom right corner is rusted and mended, but no one would notice it anyway once something is growing on it. I got it from a job I'm doing. The dimensions are : 46" wide by 65" tall to the top cross-bar.

If anyone wants it. let me know and I'll bring it.
(sorry for the bad picture)

JD, that's TOO COOL! If no one else wants it, maybe I can get DH to visit his best bud in LA and pick it up from you....

Long Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Don't get too excited, Ima...it's not wrought iron...it's just that tubular black steel...but it would still work to grow a vine on or whatever...
I can save it if you want...since you saw it first ! LOL

When is your husband going to be in L.A. ?

(Pegi) Norwalk, CA(Zone 10b)

JasperDale if Imapigeon wants the gate that is just fine, but if she changes her mind I would like it. I do need a trellis for vines. Shouldn't have gone to that baby shower today and got on Dave's instead. LOL ^_^
