Beautiful flowers everyone! Jim, I must know, where did you get that variegated prayer plant? Didn't know they existed. I kill most of my prayer plants eventually, but still try again and again.

Northeast, MO(Zone 5b)

Jmp, I thought I was killing mine too and kept throwing them away. Then I found out that they go dormant like the oxalis (sp?). If you keep watering them they will start new growth.

so far so good, think my babies were rotting and getting stunted because of being too hot under a dome, please dont look at my mess in that back

I love Fisherman's Paradise!

Remember the other day when I posted a pic of av 'Stormy Rage' with two different blooms. Now she is starting a second set of blooms and they are different and prettier than the first two kinds of blooms.

Hmmm!! Guess we will have to wait and see what the next bloom brings.

South, TX

Your Stormy Rage is keeping you guessing, Gail. Very pretty and interesting!

Phoebe, not only do you have great looking avs but you can really take a picture, too!! Thanks...............I don't know your lost id but she is really pretty for sure!

(Lynn) Omaha, NE(Zone 5a)

Love your pictures Phoebe!! Which Nemanthus or Columnea is that?

Andalusia, AL(Zone 8b)

Very pretty Jan! Your getting really good with your camera! Beautiful

Land of OZ, CT(Zone 6a)

Thanks Gail and Jan. Lynn--The first one is Columnea Carnival--very easy grower! This one has needed re-potting since forever, and is several feet away from the window! When I grow it in the window, it is covered with blooms and beautiful! Maybe I'll get to re-potting it today....

(Lynn) Omaha, NE(Zone 5a)

It's so pretty!! I have a couple of others I've grown from cuttings. One has bloomed, but the others need a little more time.Nemanathus "Black Gold" is still tiny, but it looks like it's trying to form buds.

Whitsett, NC(Zone 8a)

Gee . . . think it's time to pot'em up?

I must have some bad karma coming to me (LOL)
I put strep leaves for only 1.50 each to be longer than 4" and not one lot sold.............15 leaves, 30 leaves and 50 leaves...........maybe I will go back to DG afterall. Sold them last time!!

I don't know if other people dome theirs when they are that size, but I do for a few days after potting up.....then slide the dome off slowly........

Do you dome yours, Jim?

(Lynn) Omaha, NE(Zone 5a)

I am just jumping in to say I do not dome mine....but I have to water a lot!!

Williston, ND

depends on my mood, I used to but lately havent been,i know in dryer climates like gails she needs the extra humidity
mine mostly do good, but then again i dont, separte my babies,i just put them in a bigger pots,so if a leaf pot had 4 babues, then i have a bigger plant right way, that also saves extras from popping out all over, come on does anyone really need a 7 of the same plant,

Taft, TX(Zone 9a)

But it is fun to take the mid vein out (LOL).......don't know what I will possibly do with 20 Web of Intrigues, 20 Raspberry Splashes and 20 Goshiki Hamas???????????

I do plant a lot of crowns together though............makes for a fast pretty plant.
Really do have to hit the hay!!
