Your BLUE serie is also wonderful.

szarvas, Hungary

Confirmation, I did not dream there is indeed a variant with stripes of different shades of blue.
The baptism took place, it will bear the name AZULEJOS blue which is pronounced azuleros.

Tiles (called azulejos) are everywhere in Portugal. They decorate everything from walls of churches and monasteries, to palaces, ordinary houses, park seats, fountains, shops, and railway stations. They often portray scenes from the history of the country, show its most ravishing sights, or simply serve as street signs, nameplates, or house numbers.

In fact this will be a series because I want to cross all the Morning Storm variants with Azulejos Blue to get Azulejos Grey, Azulejos Blue pale etc.....

Now I realize that this gray is crowned white. What is name?
Gray Mist is completely gray.
Gray fog has a little picotee.
Is there other?

Why are there so few varieties of purpureas ? ( 35 - 40 cultivars )
Because the Japanese have not met early in their " botanical history " ?
Purpurea has no interest in drug ?

Dany - As always your blooms are to dream of! Interesting that your Gray Fog is showing some picotee markings! Very pretty!

I love all your bi-color blooms. The vine I am growing from one of your seeds is still showing bi-color leaves. I can't wait to see what the blooms will look like!

I started more seeds recently. Some of which I may grow indoors this Fall/Winter. The vines don't get very big in the smaller pots when grown inside, but I have been very lucky to get a nice amount of seeds from hand-pollinating them. :-)

I am enjoying your Morning Storm varieties, too! I had no idea there were so many!

I love your Azulejos Blue blooms! Beautiful!

Your red and white striped dahlia is a stunner! WOW! I grow a few dahlias here too and love them!

I'm sorry Blue Ray and Purple Blizzard did not grow out as shown as I had grown them, Dany. Maybe the flower forms will appear later in the growth cycle.

szarvas, Hungary

I looked in my papers and this flower is called Blue Suede Shoe from ebay tasteechectic
http://pics.davesgarden.com/pics/dany12_1250519333_70_tn.jpg the leaves are not like Hatsu Arashi leaves.

i love your mg's
are you going to be in becky's group trade? i sur hope so i would love to grow some of your beauties lol do you do anything special to them? do you grow yours early or do you let them come up naturaly? plmk and thxs for sharing

szarvas, Hungary

It depends on the quantity of seeds produced by cultivar.I like the principle, the seeds are made to geminate not to sleep in a drawer. But Becky can not imagine what job it is to make the list of who send what , who wand what ,bringing all in small bags ... per variety so ....

Series of variant continues Morning Storm : number 8 - Dark Grey.

Number 9 : one with shades of blue on border.

Number 10 :a soft gray .

The last variant is this, but I expect more flowers to see if it's not Rose Silk ...

Today I use this one to make some crosses .
It is a little original with its wide margin and his star.

What about the Yellow MG ? No pic ?

My only yellow vine is :Thunbergia Dregeana

Thumbnail by dany12

Very Awesome All, Dany! How is the Thunbergia usually propagated?

szarvas, Hungary

It produces seeds but with a catapult system so it must be there to catch them.

Thumbnail by dany12

If you are successful in catching some extra seeds of that lovely flowering plant, I'd be excited to trade something I have for it.

Gautier, MS

You have awesome blooms too Dany, all are superb!!

(Becky) in Sebastian, FL(Zone 10a)

Dany - If you have some unusual I. nils vines that produced an abundance of seeds, I am sure the folks in the seed swap would be delighted to get a few from you! I don't think this seed swap will be nearly as large or complex as the one I did 2 years ago: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/791409/

I had well over a thousand individual seed packs during that swap and more participants, so I don't think this swap is going to be that challenging. I probably won't have many photo links for all the seeds for this swap though, so people will get seeds and not know what the blooms will look like until they grow them out. But surprises come in all sizes! :-)

Your Morning Storm blooms really are a surprise! I've never seen so many variations of a cultivar like that one! :-)

Your Thunbergia Dregeana is beautiful! Love those yellow blooms!

Dany your Thunbergia dregeana is awesome... if you fancy trying to catch the seeds i'd love to trade you for some my T gregorii??
