Dave's Garden vs Dave's Garden FAQs

What's the difference between Dave's Garden and Dave's Garden FAQs? Since non-administrators can't post to the FAQs forum, do the administrators move threads from Dave's Garden to there?

The FAQ is more like a reference forum--it's got answers to questions that come up a lot so it's a good place to start when you have a question. This forum (Dave's Garden) is to talk about site improvements, make suggestions, ask questions about the site in general that aren't answered in the FAQ, etc.

One thing I didn't realize until recently is that the "FAQ" page content changes depending on where you are in DG... from within the discussion forums, the "frequently asked questions" include links to instructions on editing posts, using bold/italic etc... totally different than the "frequently asked questions" you see if you click on the tab from your home page, or from PlantFiles.

Thanks! LOL That's yet another forum I hadn't realized existed. I have to get in the habit of cruising the forum lists once in a while, to see what else I'm missing!
