I used my lemon thyme to make a pasta dish the other night.
Cooked chicken, onion & mushrooms but it seemed a bit tasteless so tossed in a handful of chopped lemon thyme & YUM!
Once I added the creamy pasta sauce it was just right.
Rest of the family loved it so I can see I will need to take more cuttings to ensure I have lots of lemon thyme for future use.

Well, yano, I took a rubber tub and I covered those garlics and today I removed it and they made it good through the winter! Hope the bulbs do well!

I have a second tire started too! Except its a smaller variety of garlic.
