What happened to my mail?

I was very puzzled this afternoon when I wanted to check my D-mail, all my mail seems to have disappeared!!! All the rest works perfectly fine so I don't think it's my computer. This is the first time this happens! When I click on 'mail' I get a blank page like this;

Hmmm...hopefully Terry will have an answer. We are not getting any other reports of this, so it is probably within you system.

luckily I kept the window open when it worked, but when I tried it in this window it still doesn't work! But you might be right that it has to do with my system anyway, better wait for Terry, thanks Melody!

I'm not sure what did or could have happened; Dave may know if we had a temporary problem with one of the servers, but if that were the case, I would think others would have reported the same problem and no one else has (nor have we experienced it ourselves.)

I'm glad everything seems to be back to where it should be, though!

Unfortunately everything is not back to where it should be, it still doesn't work when I try it for example in this window or when I go back to the homepage and try it from there, but it surely must be in my system then as you got not other reports, hopefully it will resolve itself. For the moment I can still work with the other window where it did work..Thanks!

Try clearing all the cookies from your browser and see if that helps.

I feel so silly now :( It really did work when I tried it in this window but now it doesn't again when I return to the home page and try it from there???

I'm at a real loss on this one. I looked and I see you are using IE8 and that may be part of the problem (it is a pretty buggy browser).

But then again, hundreds of members here are using IE8 without reporting problems.

I would suspect that you have some virus or other buggy software on your PC that is causing this problem. If you were willing, I would propose you try out Firefox and see how that works for you. It's a vastly better browser, in my opinion, and you might be very happy with it!

I think you will enjoy Firefox. A much better browser, and far more secure (and faster) than that bloated dinosaur IE.
