Too much water or a disease?

Billerica, MA(Zone 6a)

Hi all - Attached is a photo of some of my lilies. I'm not sure at all what is happening to them. They started out the summer fairly well. Strong stems, lovely blooms and then...bam! Foliage dying from the ground up. The fairly large one in the back on the right is an Asiatic, Black Out. The smaller one in front is also an Asiatic but I can't recall the name at the moment.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to save them?
This photo was taken some time ago. The following post will be how they look today.
Thanks.

Here's a closer look at Black Out.

That looks like botrytis. You'll need to spray with a copper fungicide. This fall, or when the lilies die back, you might want to relocate or spread out the clumps for better air circulation. They should be fine next year. :)
