Lilies: Too much water or a disease?, 1 by LoraB

Foliage dying from the ground up. The fairly large one in the back on the right is an Asiatic, Black Out. The smaller one in front is also an Asiatic but I can't recall the name at the moment.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to save them?
