Thunbergia propogation

I was wondering if they would go up a tree! Do they hurt it at all? I have an oak out front that I would love to send something climbing up...

That is gorgeous. But then, after cutting thru just this one in the pot I can imagine it would do that. I wonder what one would look like if it were in full bloom!! Jeanette

Yes it will go up a tree. This one has been planted for at least 5 years. It does die back and comes out each year. It has not hurt the pine tree that it's climbing so far. Good luck if you try it. Elaine

Mine is growing in a cocoloba tree and looks lovely, it is twinned with bourgainvillea.
