Hey snow is east of Cleveland--have been there in Nov. without snow. I was afraid that the warblers would be gone.
Sheldon's Folley's
As far a snow its usually not until mid to late November, but with Lake Erie you never know what can happen. But the snow belt is east of Cleveland as irisMA said. If the sun shines I will keep trying to visit the Marsh. I figure when the berry's are nearly gone so will the bird's, low temps all this week may send the Warbler's packing because insects will start dying off. Tonight low temp is 47 F anyone south of here keep your eyes open for Warbler's.
Nice ones Burd!
October Marsh Life, seen some Warbler's hoping I may have got another new one over in the Id forum. Tomorrows weather doesn't look to good, but would love to go again and do a (sit) this time and improve on some Warbler pic's. Also had three Whitetail deer step onto the path about 20 yards ahead of me.
Really nice Burd!
Great photos.
Great variety of birds!!
Thx all! I try not to put up too many of the same bird unless it a good shot. When I do finally wrap this thread up, I'm going to list everything I saw this year at the marsh.
Really nice photos, Burd. Look as if it would be a great place to visit. I love the last hawk shot.
What a wonderful variety.
Great pics, too!
Great shots of a excellent variety of birds!

It was chilly at the Marsh (could see my breath) but still some of the regulars were around GBH's, GE's, only Warbler's I seen were Yellow-rumped, lots of Mallard's, Canada Geese, and Red-winged Blackbird's.
Went to Old Woman's Creek, which was pretty quiet but had D-c Comorants, Pied-billed Grebe's,Wood Duck's and a Belted Kingfisher who still denies me a photo.
Great Blue Heron fishing the beach.
Fantastic list & pictures
