Mr. and Mrs. Cardinal monopolize the feeder to themselves -- having chased all the finches off. They're taking an R & R from raising the youngs. ^_^

I'm way behind here so forgive me for just saying all your photos are just beautiful everyone.

This Bald Eagle has been screeching from this tree below our house for two days now. Do you think it's calling for a mate? I haven't seen the younger one that usually is with it lately.

These young Orioles were chasing each other.

well since its been so quiet out here today, think I will present you all with:
Breakfast with the Flickers.

Mom's on the left, Baby's on top and Daddy's getting the suet.

flying is for the birds
I gonna walk home!
(and actually walked most of the path-
was chuckling and took bad pics, but
the little guy was having a good time.)
